FENIX LD09 (220 lumenů) - LED flashlight

The second generation of the Fenix LD09 pocket LED flashlight offers a light output of up to 220 lumens and can be powered by either a single 14500 li-ion cell or a AA battery. The powerful Cree XP-E2 R3 LED reaches up to 120 metres. Its compact size and weight of only 35 grams make the flashlight suitable for everyday carry (EDC).

The Fenix LD09 features three constant power modes with up to 70 hours of run time and an SOS signal for emergency situations. Of course, it is of high quality design, durability and waterproof according to IPX-8. All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

With 14500 li-ion battery: 220 lumens (1 hour) -> 50 lumens (5.5 hours) -> 3 lumens (58 hours) -> SOS signal.
With 2500mAh rechargeable NiMH battery: 130 lumens: (1.75 hours) -> 50 lumens (8 hours) -> 3 lumens (70 hours) -> SOS signal.
With included alkaline battery: 130 lumens: (0.8 hours) -> 50 lumens (5 hours) -> 3 lumens (43 hours) -> SOS signal

Use
Press the switch to turn the flashlight to low mode at all times. The other modes in the order of low - medium - high - SOS can be cycled by quickly switching the flashlight off and on. Alternatively, the flashlight can be switched directly to the other modes by quickly pressing the switch multiple times. Press the switch twice to switch directly into medium mode, three times to switch into high mode and four times to switch into SOS mode. Overheat protection - When operated with the 14500 li-ion battery in 220 lumen mode, the flashlight will automatically switch to 130 lumen mode after five minutes.

Caution
Do not disassemble the sealed part in the flashlight head yourself, it will void the warranty. Use only high quality pencil batteries or protected li-ion 14500 batteries. If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after extended use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water. If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons: the batteries are almost dead - replace them. The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. The flashlight body is loose, tighten it.
