FENIX HL05 - Headlamp

The Fenix HL05 miniature LED headlamp is powered by two CR2032 lithium batteries and delivers four light modes including red light and flashing. The wide light cone with smooth brightness distribution evenly illuminates the area in front of you up to 4.5 meters away. This makes the headlamp especially suitable for work when you need to shine it on your hands and also for camping.

The design is not only shockproof, but also fully waterproof to IPX-8 standard up to 2 meters underwater. The headlamp offers two power modes of white light with up to 90 hours on the lowest setting and red light and flashing with up to 280 hours.

With its miniature size and extremely light weight (13 grams), the Fenix HL05 headlamp is suitable for everyday wear. All flashlight parameters (lumen output, battery life, waterproof, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Power Modes:
Two white light output modes: 8 lumens (50 hours)-> 3 lumens (90 hours). Two red light output modes: 0.2 lumens (75 hours) -> 0.2 lumens (280 hours) flashing.

Use:
To turn on or off, hold the button in the middle of the spotlight for approximately 0.5 seconds. The headlamp will always turn on in the 8 lumen mode. You can switch power modes at any time during operation by pressing the button in the order of high - low - red light - red flash.

Changing Batteries
Unscrew the headlamp from the head mount and unscrew the battery cap. Insert the batteries with the positive pole (plus side) facing out of the headlamp and screw the cap on. An insulating insert is factory fitted between the batteries in the headlamp. Remove it before using the headlamp.

Caution
Do not disassemble the sealed parts yourself, it will violate the warranty. Use only good quality batteries to avoid damaging the flashlight, for example due to battery leakage. If the headlamp flashes, does not switch to higher power modes or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons. The contacts are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
