RAB Xenair Vest Women's, ultramarine - women's vest

  • Fit, lightweight and versatile, the Xenair is a synthetic double-weight insulated vest that excels in mixed conditions and stops activity.

With a highly breathable, weather-resistant Pertex® Quantum Air outer shell and two weights of recycled PrimaLoft® Gold Active+ insulation, it was designed to keep you warm when you're stationary and allow airflow as performance increases. The vest strategically maps different insulation densities, with lighter insulation across the hips and down the spine, effectively balancing body temperature and eliminating the need to constantly change layers.

The action-optimized Xenair vest features a lightweight YKK® front zipper with chin guard for comfort. It has three semi-covered YKK® zippered pockets; one on the chest and two front hand pockets, one of which doubles as a stuff sack with a harness loop.

The perfect warmth support for all mountain action without the big sleeves, the Xenair vest will be your layer of choice for any season.

  • The RAB story began in 1981 in the attic of a small terraced house in Sheffield, where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Rab's experience from his years in the mountains was evident in his designs, which he hand-stitched and devised with his own genius eye, and were soon in demand from both friends and the growing local mountaineering community.

But it didn't end there. Soon the word got out and the Sheffield loft became a factory floor, producing sleeping bags and jackets for customers far and wide. Now, decades later, these honest and durable models can be found all over the world; wherever adventurers venture out to meet the elements. From Himalayan peaks to cool, breezy evenings around a campfire.
