The Uvex primo ski helmet has been developed to produce a helmet that can handle new demands while providing maximum safety. The combination of helmet material with an ABS outer shell and an EPS inner shell is highly effective: impact resistant on the outside, shock absorbing on the inside. The temperature inside the helmet is automatically regulated.
The active vents of the built-in ventilation system ensure a continuous flow of fresh air at all times. As safety is very important, uvex has developed a new lining: the anti-allergy liner is shaped like a hood to create a perfect connection between the head and the helmet shell.
Adaptation to every head shape is achieved with the IAS 3D system. The multi-level and anatomically shaped Monomatic closure system can be opened and closed with one hand at the touch of a button. The FAS chin straps follow the curves of the head, the length can be adjusted.
