The professional avalanche search engine Barryvox S by Mammut is equipped with features that will make your rescue operation easier and faster. It is a new generation digital 3-antenna combined avalanche searcher with the option to switch to analogue mode.
In digital mode it operates, transmits and receives at a distance of 70 m. It can guide the direction to the buried even if the signal is lost or overlapped. The locator can be switched to analogue in difficult situations, in this mode it can receive in the 95 metre band and transmit in the 80 metre band.
In the menu you can customize the user interface to make it as comfortable and easy to navigate as possible. The Barryvox S has a 3D sensor that can detect vital signs, making it easier for you to make rescue decisions ( only applies to the same type of finder on both sides).
