The Patagonia Nomader men's shorts for technical climbing, trekking and travel are made of lightweight stretch nylon with DWR (water repellent treatment) and 40 UPF sun protection.
Stretch nylon fabric, lightweight for trekking and travel yet durable for climbing, is made from a 95%/5% nylon/spandex blend that is as flexible as you need it to be when you move. Treated with a DWR (water repellent) finish, it resists water, dries quickly and shades your legs with 40 UPF protection. A gusseted crotch allows your legs to move freely, and stretch panels at the waist keep the pants in place when you're carrying a heavy pack. The two front pockets have mesh lining for airflow, and the other three pockets have zippered closures.

Patagonia offers many types of outdoor clothing. Patagonia is a major contributor to environmental groups. Patagonia is committed to giving 1% of their total sales or 10% of their profits, whichever is greater, to environmental groups.
