Sherpa FX Carbon Strong is our most stable and robust folding pole for alpine terrain, whether on skis in winter or crampons in summer. With a 20 millimetre diameter in the upper carbon section, it can withstand extreme loads.

It features the new Aergon Air handle, which offers even more comfort and control. The special cavity technology allows for a lightweight construction and at the same time large support surfaces that offer you maximum support on the mountain. The back of the handle, which is otherwise made of thermofoam, is fully rubberized to offer the best grip.

The large ergonomic support surface provides support during steep turns on the ascent. The pole is equipped with a trekking plate, and a large binding plate is included with the replacement plate.

   The Aergon Air combines lightness and stability. Its ergonomic shape guarantees maximum comfort, while the fully rubberized gripping head guarantees absolute control.
2. Lock Security Strap Nylon Neoprene
   Adjustable locking loop. Reinforced with neoprene and a comfortable fleece liner, it offers maximum carrying comfort.
3. Handle Extension
   Handle extension for easy gripping on steeply sloping terrain or traverses.
4. Aluminum and carbon tube material
   PRC (Performance Racing Carbon) 1000 carbon and HTS (Heat Treated Shaft) 6 aluminum.5
5. ELD
   The ELD system allows quick unfolding and folding of the folding sticks at the touch of a button. A special design around the release button provides a greater degree of stability.
6. Speed Lock 1 Plus
   The adjustment system works with an external clamp that allows for easy adjustment changes and offers maximum clamping force.
7. Trekking Plate 2.0
   Compact trekking plate. Protects against getting stuck in snow and mud and can be easily replaced by hand.
8. Big Mountain Binding Plate
   Designed specifically for touring with a short edge for adjusting climbing aids and a long edge to scrape off icy tracks. It can be easily replaced by hand.
9. Flex Tip
   A robust tip that guarantees a point-accurate fit and perfect stability on almost any terrain.
