  • Each climbing sector brings new challenges. There is no 7a like 7a. Sometimes you have to prove your strength, other times you have to technically master the route. This climbing pack from Rab has a TRI-FLEX™ back system that your back will get along fine, even if you're carrying a ton of material up the crags. You'll find a sturdy handle on the side for easy carrying between trips. Under the wall, the pack opens like a book, the rope spreads out on the integrated tarp, and the mesh divider and four gear loops keep your gear neat and tidy.

TRI-FLEX™ is a back system that transfers the weight of the load to the lumbar region of the back thanks to an internal spring steel frame. The contoured back panel conforms to the body and repels snow.

  • The RAB story began in 1981 in the attic of a small terraced house in Sheffield, where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Rab's experience from his years in the mountains was evident in his designs, which he hand-stitched and devised with his own genius eye, and were soon in demand from both friends and the growing local mountaineering community.

But it didn't end there. Soon the word got out and the Sheffield loft became a factory floor, producing sleeping bags and jackets for customers far and wide. Now, decades later, these honest and durable models can be found all over the world; wherever adventurers venture out to meet the elements. From Himalayan peaks to cool, breezy evenings around a campfire.
