  • Kitchen knife designed for scraping and cutting vegetables, sausages and meat. Its advantages are lightness, strength and durability. Its size makes this knife one of the most popular kitchen helpers. The knife has a 90 mm long, medium-pointed blade with a bottom cut and is made of high quality 420 stainless steel with a hardness of 53-55 HRc.

    The handle is made of durable polypropylene (PP), has an ergonomic shape for a comfortable and secure grip and is roughened. This roughening and protrusions on the front and back prevent slipping of the hand and subsequent injury.
