We used lightweight and durable Nylon Robic main material (PU wrap 1500 mm H20). Inside the bag there is a removable waterproof liner (PU 5000 mm weighted Nylon RipStop fabric with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the contents of the bag dry.

The exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and shift levers are reinforced with a second layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon. The reinforcement between the spacers is made of HDPE board for optimum weight.

1. The mounting polypropylene straps (100% recyclable) have a coarse texture, so they do not slip in the buckles.
2. The buckles are equipped with Camlok locks to prevent possible slipping of the strap.
3. Reversible roll-up closure of the bag with Nifco buckles (-20 °C).
4. The stressed seams are secured with Bartack stitching (zigzag), all threads used are polyester with large thread diameter for maximum strength.
