  • The cold air will surround you for months - day after day. And while there will be times when your body will warm itself, you can't handle the cold without feathers. This Rab insulating jacket is filled with the highest quality goose down that's been given a second chance - because it's completely recycled. And because it's not just sunny days you'll encounter in the mountains, but rather humidity that surrounds you, the down is treated with a water repellent treatment that keeps it insulating just as well, whatever the weather. Thanks to the zoned baffle placement, Rab was able to increase the warmth of this jacket without adding bulk. So you'll find more warmth than you expect in a small package.

Pertex Quantum- The tightly woven, DWR water-repellent-treated outer fabric is wind and moisture resistant while remaining soft to the touch and perfectly packable.

  • The RAB story began in 1981 in the attic of a small terraced house in Sheffield, where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Rab's experience from his years in the mountains was evident in his designs, which he hand-stitched and devised with his own genius eye, and were soon in demand from both friends and the growing local mountaineering community.

But it didn't end there. Soon the word got out and the Sheffield loft became a factory floor, producing sleeping bags and jackets for customers far and wide. Now, decades later, these honest and durable models can be found all over the world; wherever adventurers venture out to meet the elements. From Himalayan peaks to cool, breezy evenings around a campfire.
