    UVA
    UV type A. UVA rays have the longest wavelength and tan the skin, contributing to premature aging. This type of radiation has lower energy than type B radiation and penetrates deepest into the eye. However, there is no clear opinion on its harmfulness.

     Type B UV radiation. This type of radiation is partially shielded by the ozone layer, but some of it reaches the Earth's surface. UVB rays are responsible for skin burns and are a cause of skin cancer and eye problems such as cataracts. Extreme exposure to UVB radiation can lead to serious eye damage (e.g., snow blindness).
    UVC
