    The specific shingle construction efficiently spreads the filling inside the sleeping bag, making it possible to create a higher heat output with the same weight of filling. The different layers of filling overlap to cover the individual transitions between them, thus reducing thermal losses.

    All Ferrino sleeping bags are subject to temperature testing according to the standard by an independent centre. The testing is carried out on a dummy with sensors that is placed in the sleeping bag and by gradually lowering the ambient temperature, the comfort temperature for men and women is evaluated separately.
