Hole designed for Nordic walking. They are equipped with the LOCK & GO system for quick adjustment of the length of the poles. One telescopic part is made of 7075 aluminium alloy, the other one is also, but covered with wood. The poles have an adjustable length range of 84-135 cm. The poles have non-slip handles made of cork. The tips of the sticks are made of tungsten.
