This model is made of 2mm thick, oiled, nubuck leather. A soft and cushy leather has been used for the inner lining to comfortably conform to your feet. The lacing has 4 pairs of metal eyelets, and 2 pairs of metal lacing hooks above the ankle.
The outsole is made of leather plate and EVA material, absorbs and absorbs shock. The sole consists of a Vibram Winkler platform made of a very grippy MEGAGRIP compound ensuring non-slip and stability.
The fit is based on the time-tested GARMONT Anatomically Directed Design (ADD) platform which takes into account the anatomical specifics of the human foot.
Expanded toe space, different heights of the shoe edges and ankle padding (outer and inner joints are different heights), or a "crooked" stitched tongue with asymmetrical padding eliminating it sliding sideways. Also, the lacing is a "shaper" from the top view, as the direction of pull is accounted for with an ideal slope to the foot.
