  • The Dragontail MNT GTX model, from the APPROACH series of the Italian brand GARMONT, is designed for climbers or hikers who prefer a low, but highly stable and rigid shoe.

    Designed in accordance with the A.D.D. technology typical for Garmont, where the design and functionality of the construction are subordinated to the anatomy of the human foot.

    The upper is made of high quality 1.8 mm suede leather with DWR waterproof treatment, metal eyelets on the laces better transmit the forces acting on the upper, lacing up to the toe increasing stability and allowing greater adaptability to different foot types.

    HEELLOCK system sealing the heel against unwanted movement and thus blisters. Rubber cleat protecting exposed areas of the upper from damage, embedded PU stabilizer in the heel provides increased stability and comfort when walking.

    The two-component, durable yet grippy Vibram Maton outsole features a 6mm high self-cleaning pattern and a climbing zone in the toe and an accentuated heel cup increasing braking efficiency on long descents.

    The Dragontail MNT GTX will be the ideal boot for secured routes, bouldering, climbing or multi-day transitions with a heavier pack.
