Unique Mammut carabiner that combines several safety features at once. The carabiner is designed primarily for securing with the Smart belay device, various buckets and other other belay devices.
A metal folding crossbar keeps the carabiner in the correct position relative to the seat, preventing unwanted strain on the carabiner through the lock. The lock is also equipped with an automatic twistlock safety that instantly locks itself as soon as you release the carabiner with your fingers during engagement.
