The lenses are excellent for slightly overcast days, reducing the transitions between orange and blue , which renders and enhances green and yellow hues. In addition, they reduce glare from reflective surfaces and have an ideal visible light transmission (VLT), making them ideal for changing light conditions.

Advanced CAPTIVATE technology further enhances visual acuity and color perception. This is because the human eye is unable to distinguish the entire colour spectrum. Individual colours blend together and these colour gradients (especially between blue, green and red) cause problems with visual acuity. CAPTIVATE lenses can separate these transitions and thus increase contrast and sharpness of detail.

1. These goggles are EN.166 safety-test certified, ensuring your eyes receive maximum protection even in extreme conditions. The polycarbonate laminated lenses then guarantee clear and sharp vision in any lighting conditions thanks to the unique Wiley X technology. RX Ready glasses can then be fitted with dioptric lenses with appropriate spectacle correction tailored to the individual customer. The High RX designation even allows the insertion of very strong dioptric lenses ranging from +5.00 to -7.00 diopters.
   
   
2. Wiley X glasses are equipped with a patented sealing system, the so-called gasket. This consists of a removable FACIAL CAVITYTM SEALS frame that allows Wiley X glasses to fit perfectly to the face. The special foam material prevents the passage of the finest microparticles and sunlight, protecting your vision from dry eye syndrome, while its ventilation capabilities prevent the lenses from fogging up. Your vision will remain flawlessly clear even in the most extreme conditions.
   
   
3. Certified to EN.166f, the glasses must withstand the impact of a 22 mm diameter, 43 g steel ball dropped from a height of 1.3 m and impacting at 18 km/h. The unbroken lens shall remain firmly seated in the frame of the goggle and the frame shall remain undamaged.
   
   
4. Goggles certified to ANSI HIGH VELOCITY IMPACT standard shall withstand the impact of a 6,35 mm diameter steel sphere fired at 164,6 km/h. The unbroken lens must remain firmly seated in the frame of the goggle, the frame must remain intact.
