INDIANA JERKY Beef (hovězí) Peppered, 100 g - dried meat

A great snack, a gourmet delicacy with bits of crushed pepper suitable for any occasion when you want to try something really spicy.

Ingredients: meat, salt, dead sea salt, sugar, protein soy hydrolysate, yeast extract, wine vinegar, colour: caramel, dextrose, pepper 0.6%, maltodextrin, flavouring, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Each package contains an oxygen absorber to preserve flavor and aroma without any negative contamination throughout the shelf life of the product.

Production Process
1) Quality cuts of meat are stripped of fatty parts and tendons and sliced thinly.
2) The meat is marinated in a "butcher shop" according to a secret recipe.
3) It is then placed by hand on grates.
4) The slices of meat are dried at different temperatures for several hours and finally smoked naturally with smoke.
5) Next, they are sliced by machine and then weighed on a vibrating scale, divided into bags with an oxygen absorber and finally packed in a protective atmosphere. At the end, the Jerky passes the exit inspection and the bags are assembled into displays and cartons. The whole process is under constant veterinary supervision.
