UVEX ACTIVE CC - Cycling Helmet

New model for 2019. Cooling is provided by 19 air vents. The helmet's double injection moulded construction is lightweight and stable, weighing only 280 grams. A thin polymer outer layer protects the inner EPS shell, absorbing shock and protecting the head in the event of a fall.

The 3D IAS fit system adjusts to fit the helmet on the head in both height and width. The high quality liners are removable, improve ventilation and are easily washable. Anyone who is not only on the mountain, but also in the city, has the option of purchasing the optimal plug-in LED light for increased visibility in road traffic.

DOUBLE INMOULD TECHNOLOGY
Technology injects a foam layer directly into the hard outer shell. PC/polycarbonate is the material used in the manufacture of the helmet's top shell. The polycarbonate shell is firmly bonded to the EPS inner material. The EPS material is directly injection molded into the polycarbonate top shell to create an inseparable one-piece unit. The one-piece unit absorbs point impacts on sharp objects and the force applied to the helmet is distributed over its entire surface, therefore the head is perfectly protected. Double InMould technology also has a second polycarbonate layer to protect the outer edges from damage.
