A variable that is increasingly being specified for car mattresses. Thermal resistance - R is a physical quantity that expresses the thermal insulating properties of a material. It is directly dependent on the thickness of the material and λ. In order to achieve the highest possible value of R, the aim is to keep the material thickness as high as possible and the λ value of each material as low as possible. The thermal resistance R expresses the resistance of 1 m2 of material to the transmission of thermal energy at a temperature difference of 1 K. The thermal conductivity λ expresses the property of the material to conduct heat. It is the value of energy in W that will pass through a material of 1 m thickness at a temperature difference of 1 K between the surfaces of the material. R = d / λ (m2.K.W-1); d - material thickness (m); λ - thermal conductivity coefficient of the material (W.m-1.K-1).

NON-SLIP SURFACE "YATE Micro Brushed"
It often happens in nature that a sleeping place is not ideally flat, and so even a comfortable car mattress may not fully fulfil its purpose if a person slips off it with a sleeping bag.
