LEDLENSER MH2 - LED headlamp

The first of a new series of outdoor headlamps, the Ledlenser MH2 flashlight impresses with a great price-performance ratio. For a reasonable price you get a premium headlamp in an unobtrusive grey-green design, designed for camping, hunting, fishing and most outdoor activities.

With a light output of 100 lm it reaches up to 100 m. On power saving mode (15 lm, 30 m), three AAA pencil batteries can power the headlamp for up to 40 hours. Thanks to a pleasant weight of 105 g combined with a comfortable elastic strap (which can be detached and washed), you will hardly feel the headlamp on your head even after a day's wear.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that the headlamp is above-average resistant according to IPX6 standards, so it will not disappoint even in rain or snow, or when falling from a height. The flashlight can be programmed with Smart Light Technology, and of course includes the Advanced Focus System reflector lens as well as a quick focus mechanism.

The electrolytically gold-plated contacts guarantee high resistance to corrosive damage caused mostly by acid or battery gas. This is confirmed by the seven-year warranty that covers Ledlenser flashlights.

Advanced Focus System
The combination of lens and reflector has created a unique technology that is unparalleled in the world. The result is a reflector lens that allows a beam of light to be focused with a smooth transition from a wide homogeneous circle of light to a sharp beam and vice versa. Focusing is done by simply moving the head of the flashlight forward (focus) or backward (defocus). LEDLENSER flashlights are the only ones in the world to use the principle of light refraction. Conventional flashlights only reflect light from reflective surfaces inside the flashlight head.

Speed Focus
Quick focus. SPEED FOCUS is a fast and reliable sliding focusing mechanism and in many ways superior to conventional rotary mechanisms. It is an integral part of the AFS (Advanced Focus System). In order for this mechanism to work, the LED, lens and reflector must be placed on the same axis. The precise positioning of this system is performed using laser technology. The flashlight can then be operated simply with one hand, by moving the head of the flashlight with your thumb away from or towards you, to blur or focus the light at lightning speed and comfortably.
