FENIX HL18R modrá - rechargeable headlamp

The compact Fenix HL18R rechargeable headlamp delivers up to 400 lumens (ANSI) and a range of up to 76 meters. Power is provided by a replaceable 1300 mAh lithium polymer battery that charges via a micro-USB connector directly in the headlamp. The battery can be removed and replaced with three regular AAA batteries in an emergency (they cannot be recharged in the headlamp).

The light source is a modern Cree XP-G3 LED with a warmer shade of light that is housed in the main reflector. For additional illumination, two white Everlight 2835 LEDs are used to create a wide and very smooth cone of light.

There are a total of 7 power modes, including an SOS flash mode for emergency situations. The headlamp is also equipped with a battery life extension feature. For extended use in 400, 130, 70 and 30 lumen modes, the headlamp gradually reduces power in small increments to achieve longer light duration.

The headlamp also has the advantage of good water and dust resistance to IP66 standard. The headlamp strap is perforated and fitted with reflective elements to ensure good omnidirectional visibility when running on the road. With a weight of just 80 grams, the Fenix HL18R will serve well as a running headlamp as well as a headlamp for camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.

All headlamp parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Use
The main spotlight is switched on and off by pressing the right button for 0.5 seconds, additional LEDs are switched on and off by holding the left button. The headlamp always switches to the lowest mode, the other power levels can be switched at any time during operation by pressing the appropriate button. The main spotlight and additional LEDs cannot be activated at the same time.
Battery charge indication - After briefly pressing the left button (the headlamp must be switched off), the battery charge indicator LED on the bottom of the headlamp is activated. Four lit LEDs indicate that the battery is charged to more than 80%, three lit 60-80%, two lit 40-60%, one lit 20-40% and one flashing LED indicates that the battery is charged to less than 20%.
The control buttons can be locked to prevent spontaneous switching on, e.g. when transporting in luggage - hold both buttons down for 3 seconds. To unlock, hold both buttons again for 3 seconds.
Overheat protection - When operating on turbo mode for longer periods, the headlamp will gradually reduce power to prevent overheating.

Charging
Unclip the rubber cap of the micro USB connector on the bottom of the headlamp and use the included USB cable to plug it into a computer, power bank, USB AC adapter or USB car adapter. Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector can also be used for charging.
During charging, the four indicator LEDs on the underside gradually light up, after a full charge they all light up permanently.
Charging time for a fully discharged battery takes approximately 2.5 hours.
The battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the headlamps can be recharged at any time.
Thoroughly seal the USB connector cap after each charge.
The headlamp can be switched on during charging, but only to the lowest mode.

Caution
Do not disassemble the sealed parts by yourself, it will violate the warranty.
Never use differently discharged AAA batteries or batteries with different capacities.
Always check thoroughly that the batteries are inserted into the headlamp with the correct polarity.
If the headlamp flashes, does not switch to higher power modes or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
