Black diamond Flare is an emergency headlamp that is designed to support any adventure. It is lightweight and compact, while remaining extremely rugged. With 40 lumens of reliable light from two CR2032 lithium batteries housed in a rugged aluminum case, the Flare headlamp can easily be stowed in a pants pocket, backpack, etc.
The headlamp can be deployed in any weather thanks to its IP67 waterproof design. The low-profile headband of the Flare headlamp takes up minimal space on the head, but is safe to wear.
In addition to the white low and full intensity modes, the Flare features red, strobe and SOS modes to complement the Flare's function as an emergency light ready for any mission.
The headlamp is completely sealed and tested to operate up to 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes. It requires no maintenance once submerged.
