Shelf Life: 01/2024Production Process
1) Quality meat cuts are stripped of fatty parts and tendons and sliced thin.
2) The meat is marinated in a "butcher shop" according to a secret recipe.
3) It is then placed on grates by hand.
4) The slices of meat are dried at different temperatures for several hours and finally smoked naturally.
5) This is followed by machine slicing and then weighing on a vibrating scale, dividing into bags with an oxygen absorber and finally packing everything in a protective atmosphere. Finally, the Jerky passes the exit inspection and the bags are assembled into displays and cartons. The whole process is under constant veterinary supervision.- Product parameters

Indiana Beef Jerky is a fully European certified product made mainly from European ingredients with a classic European savoury flavour.100g of jerky is equivalent to 240g of raw meat (300g of raw tuna), with all the beneficial nutritional values.
The products are gluten free, with no added glutamates, low carbohydrate and contain dead sea salt. Recommended storage temperatures are +5 to +30˚C. Minimum shelf life 12 months. We have chosen a plant that meets the strictest hygiene standards for production. Here Jerky is produced on machines owned by Indiana s.r.o..
