  • The bag can be mounted on a wide range of handlebars. Connectors are recommended for straight handlebars or swallows to keep the pannier away from the handlebars and protect the brake levers and their feed lines. Connectors are included with the pannier.

    The pannier's reversible roll-up closure with Nifco clips (-20°C) for easy gloved handling can be rolled up like a classic drybag by clipping the clips at the entrance to the pannier. The bag is designed so that its volume can be regulated by rolling from both sides to 8-16L.

    Bar roll Nylon attached bag

    1. The main material used is Nylon (PU wrap 1500 mm H2O), a durable and lightweight fabric.
    2. The bag includes a removable waterproof liner (Nylon ripstop fabric, PU 5000 mm weight with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the transported contents of the bag dry.
    3. The lower part of the pannier where dirt from the ride is deposited made of easy to maintain, double-sided Tarpaulin material, exposed areas where the pannier touches the head tube, brake and gear levers are reinforced with a second layer of Cordura Ecomade fabric.
    4. The Polypropylene straps used (100% recyclable) have a coarse texture, they do not slip in the buckles.
    5. The stressed seams are secured with Bartack stitch ( zigzag ), all threads used are Polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.
    6. Strap chain on the bottom of the pannier for attaching it to the side compression straps of the pack for easy transport of the pannier in rugged terrain where full use of the bike's stroke is needed or in vehicles.
