The hat is designed to be used with the Bar Harness, but can also be used on its own as a waterproof gear bag.
The stressed seams are secured with a Bartack stitch ( zigzag ), all threads used are Polyester with large diameter threads for maximum strength. A webbing chain on the bottom of the bag to attach it to the side compression straps of the pack for easy transport of the bag in rugged terrain where full use of the bike's travel or in vehicles is required.
- The webbing chain, Velcro and plastic hook are designed to attach easily and securely to the Harness.
- Main material used is Nylon (TPU lamination), durable and lightweight fabric with taped seams.
