ⓘ For faster processing, please provide the following information: Order number, product name and variant
ⓘ The goods you send back to our address must be complete (including accessories, documentation, labels, gifts) and in the condition you received them in when they were delivered in the event of a return or exchange within the statutory period .
ⓘ Please enclose proof of purchase with the goods.
ⓘ Please always use wrapping paper, foil or a cardboard box so that the original packaging or goods, for example original shoe boxes etc., cannot be taped, described or otherwise damaged during transit.
ⓘ Please mark the package with the word "RETURN OF GOODS" or "RECLAMATION" as appropriate.
