Exchange of unsuitable Christmas gift until 15 January 2025
It can happen to anyone.
We receive a gift that unfortunately does not fit our size or taste, or on the contrary, we give such a
gift. In this case, we offer an extended exchange option for other goods or a voucher.
How to proceed in this case?
1. Contact us at obchod@outdoorweb.cz and, for example, include your order number in the subject line (it can be mentioned anywhere else).
2. In your email, please indicate which goods you wish to return and which goods we should send you for exchange, or whether you wish to exchange the goods for a voucher.
3. For faster processing you can use the form. Here you simply identify yourself by order number and specify the products you wish to return.
4. Please send unsatisfactory goods to Outdoorweb.cz, Šafaříkova 681, Moravské Budějovice 676 02, Czechia.
If you decide to exchange the gift, the goods you send back to us must meet certain rules:
a) They must be unused, undamaged and in their original, undamaged packaging.
b) We will not refund the cost of returning the goods.
c) The extended exchange option is available for orders placed between 1.11.2024 and 23.12.2024.
d) Christmas gift exchanges must be made no later than 15.1.2025.

For all products from our offer we guarantee exchange for other goods or voucher.
Exchanging goods for other goods
If you don't like the gift, send it back to us by January 15, 2025 and we will exchange it for another item of your choice of equal or greater value.
Exchanging goods for a voucher
If you don't like the gift, send it back to us by 15/01/2025 and we will exchange it for a voucher for the value of the returned gift. We will send the voucher with the code to your email.
Voucher validity period
The voucher will be valid until 31 December 2025.
