The ROSSIGNOL RADICAL 8GS CASCADE skis are designed for experienced skiers who like wide open slopes and long, fast turns. In the winter 11/12 collection, these skis have a brand new cutout with a width of 72mm under the binding. This model delivers fresher play and precise power transfer.

With a new Cascade tip, Oversize camber, and sandwich construction, this ski is designed for fast giant slalom turns with maximum control.

TREATED SNOW - TRANSPARENCY - CARVING - SPEED Power Turn technology is developed with a traditional 100% increased energy gathering chamber under the boot, delivering maximum power transfer, unrivalled downhill edging and allowing for aggressive arc exit. Combining two types of construction: a carving ski construction with a very large camber and a freeride ski construction with a wider center of the ski. Oversize combines both types for better performance and very easy handling. This very aggressive carving design adds precision, strong edging, power and more feel to the carving ski. The wide centre improves stability, comfort and balance. OVERSIZE skis offer maneuverability, power and control. The new Cascade Tip uses different shapes of metal and fiberglass laminates in graduated lengths, providing easy maneuverability. Uniquely layered shapes control tip strength, smooth and perfect arc initiation and full edge-to-surface contact. The lighter tip improves the weight of the ski for fast and responsive handling.
