    The Akela 45 by Tatonka is designed as a scout backpack for teenagers and is also ideal for a short hike or as a travel backpack. Its pleasantly flexible V Comfort Vario Carrying System ensures efficient load transfer to the hip area for a comfortable carry. In order to position the hip belt correctly, it can be adjusted to different back lengths. It can also "grow" back to a certain extent.

    The 45 litre Akela backpack offers a backpack divided into a main compartment and a lower compartment. The lower compartment is traditionally used to store sleeping bags or dirty clothes.

    The backpack also has two large side pockets with zippers, behind which an open boot channel can be used to place tent poles, for example. An insulating mat can be attached to the compression straps on the underside.

    The Akela hiking backpack is also available in a smaller version with a capacity of 35 litres.

    T-SNOW CRUST Composition 100% Polyamide. Lightweight, abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric with a subtle pattern that resembles a mother's snow crystals. The PU coating on the inside of the material makes it waterproof. T-Snow Crust is used in backpacks and bags.
    TEXTREME 6.6 Composition 100% Polyester. Textured polyester material with 600 denier fibres is robust, colourfast and versatile. PU coated for weather resistance.
