The all-season, extra-durable trekking socks from Lorpen combine synthetic and natural Tencel® fibres. These socks are designed for use with skeleton or heavy hiking boots. They are made with T3 technology, which provides a combination of 3 types of fibres according to the distance from the skin.
Synthetic fiber (Coolmax) is closest to the skin and provides moisture wicking. This is followed by tencel, which absorbs moisture and does not retain heat. The last fibre is nylon, which ensures high mechanical resistance and long life of the socks.
Lorpen socks are made in the picturesque Basque village of Etxalar at the foot of the Pyrenees.
