- Garance nejnižší ceny se nevztahuje na prodeje v aukcích.
- Prodejce nesmí zboží prodávat ve výprodeji pod nákupní velkoobchodní cenou.
- V rámci garance bude kalkulována i výše poštovného konkurenčního eshopu.
- Zboží u konkurenčního prodejce musí být skladem k dodání maximálně do týdne.
